We highly ensured you that we will ensure that the information you shared to our company has been kept private and not being shared to other .
Now talking about our terms and condition if any person had come in contact with our company /company executive /company staff or if any service of our company is being used by his /her . if any property details is being shared by our company to you for your interest or a property is being showed to you by our company representative than you should not being allowed to talk to the owner of that property directly without informing our company .
In that case if you does something like that means doing a deal without the interference of our company in that directly to the owner then our company is able to take legall actions against you if you refused to tell us that deal has been done without our knowledge or without our interference .
Once any property is being showed to you cannot go to deal direct to the owner of the property without informing our company with in the time span of 12 months .
For the seller – After selling your property if you refuses to give fees of the company then company will take legal actions against you.
For the buyer – after we made you buy a property if you refuses to give fees of the company then company will take legal actions against you.
